Easy return

It would be a shame to want to return a product purchased at Goshoppingzone.

But we always respect your choice, it can happen and we will do what is necessary to satisfy your request.

Goshoppingzone return policy “satisfied or refunded” lasts 14 days from receipt of your product.

If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to proceed ?

Simply send an email to support@goshoppingzone.com within 14 days of receiving the product stating that you want an exchange or a refund of the product.

Do not forget to add your name, your address and the date you placed your order.
